This project involved the creation of a compact guest house that also functions as a home office. The primary objective was to demolish the existing garage and construct a new guest house on the same footprint, carefully adhering to the original building boundaries.

Despite its compact size, the house successfully accommodates a sleeping area, a workspace, a shower with a toilet, storage solutions, and a specialized system for hanging four bicycles. The new structure was thoughtfully designed to offer both flexible workspace and comfortable accommodation for guests.

A key design consideration was the seamless integration of the new building into the existing architectural context, resulting in a modern yet understated aesthetic that complements its surroundings. Through careful planning and attention to detail, the project achieves a balance between functionality, spatial efficiency, and contemporary style, delivering a versatile addition to the property.
