This project features the design of private two-story townhouses, specifically created to offer contemporary living while blending seamlessly with the established architectural ensemble of the neighborhood. The development is part of a residential microdistrict, where new housing types complement the existing six-story apartment buildings.

Each townhouse is carefully planned to ensure both modern functionality and aesthetic cohesion with the surrounding built environment. Amenities include private outdoor areas and covered parking for two cars per family, supporting comfortable and independent living.

The architecture employs durable and stylish materials such as decorative plaster, porcelain panels, thermo wood planking, aluminum composite panels (ACP). These choices reinforce both the modern character and the harmonious integration of the townhouses into the existing urban context, addressing a variety of homeowner needs and contributing to a vibrant, well-balanced neighborhood.
