far from the city. This type of construction is designed for different budgets and includes 5 two-story townhouses up to 80 sq.m (approx. 860 SF), two apartments and 2 penthouses in the central block.

The structure consists of precast concrete pilasters and floor slabs, with the walls made of bricks with mineral wool insulation. Finishing materials: decorative plaster, porcelain panels (vertical elements of the building), thermo wood (planken), aluminum composite plate (ACP) and brick facing.

and swimming pool. Strip foundation. Brick walls and mineral wool. Machine-seamed roof.
